Hey Loves! I hope all is well on your end.
Before I get into today’s blog post, I do want to thank Martina Bailey for sending me some her amazing products from her all natural beauty line Queens on Purpose.
I met Martina through a Facebook networking group we are both apart of, and once I saw her website I knew instantly that I wanted to try her products.
To start, I absolutely love seeing women who are building their own brands, especially with products that are all natural and organic.
It’s always admirable seeing someone who isn’t afraid to step out of their comfort zone and fulfill the vision that God has placed on their heart.
When she offered to send me a few items from her line of products to review for you ladies, I was beyond excited to try them.
Before I get into the details about these products, I do have to mention how impressed I was with the professionalism, quick processing and shipping time from Queens on Purpose. I got an email immediately after I ordered with the tracking information and by the end of the week I received the product. (Shipping and customer service is very important to me when I order online)
Now ladies let me introduce you to these products:
On the Queens on Purpose site, it states that this African Black Soap is capable of clearing blemishes, scars, acne and eczema. This soap is also great for sensitive skin.
My skin changes quite a bit throughout the year, particularly in the colder months, and my face tends to get extremely dry and breakout. I tried this African Black Soap and I was very pleased with this product specifically because I have tried other brands of African Black Soap in the past and they seem to be a little harsher on my skin and dry my face out during the colder weather. This bar has not done this to me at all. I love how this soap is able to effective leave my skin feeling very clean without the dry uncomfortable itching feeling.
This product is absolutely wonderful! I was so excited to try this product and it definitely lives up to its name! The purpose of this item is to help calm your senses as well as reduce anxiety. This item can also be used to relieve muscles. I use this body butter about 3 times so far this week immediately after a shower. The consistency is thick which is perfect for the colder weather, and the scent of lavender inside this body butter is very pleasant. Not to mention I feel so very relaxed after applying this to my body.
The All over Butter is made out of Shea Butter, Aloe Vera, Apricot Seed Oil, Chamomile and Mango Butter. I do not wear makeup, so this is perfect for me and my busy get up and go lifestyle. I use this butter on my face at night before bed, and when I wake up in the morning my face feels still moisturized and I don’t have to do too much to it at all. This item has a similar consistency to the Stress relief body butter, however the scent is gentle enough for it to be my facial moisturizer.
Would I recommend these products?
Definitely. These products are perfect for anyone who has sensitive/ yet combination skin like myself. I believe that these items will also work well for pre-teens/ teenagers dealing with acne. This is my daughter’s first time using african black soap on her face and she is a big fan. If you are looking for something natural to add to your winter skin care routine, or just a nice lavender infused body butter to use at night, these items will be perfect for you ladies.
