We are now one month in to 2019 can you believe it?
I’m really making a conscious effort to be extremely intentional and honest with what I would like to accomplish each month. As a new habit for 2019, I will be vulnerable and share my goals with you all, as a way to hold me accountable.
Side note, I know I have used the word “vulnerable” a lot since I started this blog. So for 2019 guess what my theme is?
Anyways, here are some of my goals for February that I plan on smashing through and completing:
Consistent workout schedule
I have been trying to incorporate at home workouts into my schedule (and I am doing an at home workout series this month on the blog), I have not been consistent, at all. Honestly speaking, it has been so much going on the last few weeks ( specifically the holidays and car issues) working out has been the last thing on my mind.
My plan is to work out a minimum of 4 days a week, the only thing is now I intend on doing it at the first part of my day instead of in the evenings like I used to do. I would efficiently use my time by working out in the mornings before work and working on my blog and business in the evenings.
Apree Aktive Planners release
Pre Orders for my Aktive Planner will be open and available this weekend ! I am so excited to get this project that I have been working on the last 6 months to you all. Orders will be shipped out by preorder first and then to the public by the end of February.
Sign up for a 5k run
I completed my very first 5k run last year, and I am ready to challenge myself and get a few under my belt in 2019. This go-around I plan on properly preparing for a run like I should.
So my goal is to do one in March, but I would like to research and find a race this month.
Meal Plan and Meal prep weekly
I am challenging myself to a 28 day transition into giving up a majority of meat and going pescatarian.
I’m nervous as hell about this, but I feel like I really need to do this for my health right now.
Because my weeks are so busy, I have to do everything in my power to properly plan and prepare my meals in order to make this month successful. I am not sure whether I will meal prep every week or a few times a week, but I have to get this done.
That’s it loves, I’m making it a priority to get back on track this month with my health in a major way.
