Today I wanted to share some of my workout essentials. These are the things I must have with me regardless of if I am doing a gym workout or an at home workout.
I do not always use everything, every time I workout, but each of these items play a role in making sure I get a good workout in.

I still have an older FitBit model, but I absolutely love it. You can track your goals, workouts, water intake, heart rate, and even your sleeping patterns.
I sweat. A LOT. During my workouts. I get a better grip on the weights when I use gloves, and I also use them to prevent calluses on my palms.
No need to really put a long description here. Just know it is very much a necessity. I have to hear my rachet music during my workout. Bottom line. Lol.
This is by far one of my favorite pieces of workout equipment to use. There are some points in my workout journey where I don’t always lift heavy weights, but ankle weights will still help you achieve a great burn even if you are just doing a walking workout.
Resistance bands are bae! I love switching up my workouts by adding them in. I keeps your workouts very interesting.
This is another item I don’t use all the time, but I keep it in my bag just in case I don’t have time to do a cardio workout or the cardio equipment is crowded in the gym.

I keep slides/ sandals in my gym bag specifically because I love going into the sauna.
This is an item that I keep in the trunk of my car, yet I tend to forget to use it. Having your own yoga mat is perfect for when you are in a crowded gym and you need your own space to do ab work or push ups.
This is just where I keep my workout gloves, keys, chapstick, and phone. I like to be hands free during my workout.
If you have not used sweet sweat before in a workout it is the absolute truth! The purpose of sweet sweat is to help promote additional sweating in problem areas. The main body part I tend to use it on is my stomach and lower back, although I know some people who have used it on their arms or legs. This is by far one of my favorite products to use during my workout.
Workout Belt (Not Pictured)
I love a good workout belt (which is why I am coming out with my own line of them, if you haven’t joined my mailing list so you will find out when I will start accepting pre-orders). While I do not believe in actual waist training, I do feel like wearing a fitness belt during your workouts do help make a difference with shedding belly fat ( after changing your eating habits). I do not use my workout belts during any abdominal workouts I do, but I do tend to wear them during cardio and weight training (only when I know that my water intake has been adequate)
That’s about it! That’s all my necessary go to items in my gym bag.
